Trick or Treat!

Okay, so I'm a little behind. Thought we had lost the camera, but here they are Spiderman and Snow White, a most unsuspecting duo. The two had a blast trick or treating with Papaw and then returning to his house to shell out candy to all the van loads that stopped by. Spiderman's mask/hood made some rare appearances throughout the evening, but this is mostly what we got.
On another note, Mom's birthday was Nov. 3rd and Gracie and Colin sent her some balloons again. Genie Bentley as well as other DMA members worked hard to coordinate and fund speakers for the docent group for Monday lectures. They were kind to invite us to the first and I know how honored Mom would be and how much she would enjoy those lectures. Also, Elizabeth Price hosted Mom's friends and family at the Dallas Women's Foundation lunch on the 5th. Mom was active in this group as well and I missed her as I looked around at all the faces that were so dear to her and how much she would have enjoyed being at that lunch. To those of you who have honored her memory so dearly, thank you and thank you for including me as it has been very special. Still can't believe it all, but we are moving forward keeping her with us everyday!
